There are nutritionists and a motivational team whom you can talk to if you want advice or are finding things hard, and you can make friends with other dieters and share your successes using the facilities on site. There are is a chat room that’s open 24 hours a day on the site, and online meetings that you can attend at least once per week. There’s also support groups and you can set up your online circle of friends as well, so that you can share things with specific people that you meet.

The way the site is set up, if you are looking to lose weight, then you are set a goal weight that you are aiming for when you begin. This is calculated using the BMI index and will set a goal weight that’s in the healthy band for someone of your height and age etc. If that’s a goal that’s too far away it can however be adjusted to suit you as they are quite flexible.
